A: Generally, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days. For quantities ranging from 1-2 containers, the delivery period is approximately 18-25 days. If the order exceeds two containers and requires expedited production, we can prioritize your order at the factory.

A: Our standard packaging is 20-25 kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Each pallet weighs approximately 900-960 kg. We can also print customer logos on the cartons or customize packaging according to specific requirements.

A: Yes, we accept customized designs for both products and packaging. We have a professional design team capable of creating products based on your specifications.
